By accessing or using animara.co (the "Site"), operated by Animara, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Site. These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the updated Terms will take effect as soon as they are published. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about any changes.

3. Products and Services

Animara strives to provide accurate and up-to-date product information, including descriptions, prices, and availability. We reserve the right to modify product details, prices, and availability without prior notice.

Custom orders are to be placed by filling out the contact form or by email via info@animara.co. Custom orders require a 50% downpayment and will only start production once this payment is verified. No major alterations or design changes are permitted once the design is finalized and agreed upon by both parties. Minor changes are included in the service for custom orders regarding sizing and fitting. Orders will only be released once full payment is received.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order on the Site, you are purchasing the products listed in your order. Animara reserves the right to accept or reject any order for reasons such as product availability, errors in pricing, or issues with payment. All payments must be made through the available payment methods on the Site. You agree to provide accurate payment information and ensure all charges are paid in full.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship both locally and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location. While we aim to process and ship orders promptly, Animara is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties, such as customs or postal services.

6. Returns and Refunds

Local returns: 7 days

International returns: 14 days

Returns must be in original packaging with tags attached.

Refunds will be issued as store credit, valid for 6 months.

Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded, including the downpayment as this serves as the confirmation of the order.

Return Fees:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs fees for international returns.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, trademarks, and designs, is the property of Animara and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content from the Site without our express written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Site. You are prohibited from uploading harmful content, such as viruses or malware.

9. Limitation of Liability
