Returns

We have a 7-day return policy for local orders and a 14-day return policy for international orders. This means you have 7 days (local) or 14 days (international) after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*Return Fees:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, including any customs duties or postage fees for international returns.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Damages and issues

 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and remedy the issue.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, including items purchased using a discount code as all sale items are final.

 

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded in store credit, valid for 6 months.

Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a store credit code via email.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your store credit, please contact us at info@animara.co.
